Creating a cPanel Email Filter

cPanel is a web hosting control panel and has a user-friendly interface for creating email filters. Email filters are used to automatically classify or process incoming or outgoing emails based on certain criteria. Here are the general steps to create an email filter in cPanel:

Login to cPanel: Login to your cPanel account. This usually means going to "http://yourdomain.com/2083" and logging in with your username and password.

Locate the “Email” Tab: On the cPanel home screen, there is usually a tab titled “Mail” or “E-mail.” Click on this tab.

Go to “Email Filters”: In the Email section, there should be an option for “Email Filters” or similar. Click this option.

Click "Create New Filter": On the "Email Filters" page, there will usually be a button for "Create New Filter" or similar. Click this button.

Adjust Filter Settings: a. Filter Name: Give your filter a name. b. Criteria Selection: Select which criteria to filter by (For example, "Sender Name", "Subject", "Message Content"). c. Criteria Values: Enter the filtering value according to the criteria you selected. D. Action: Specify what to do with emails that meet the filtering criteria (for example, "Delete", "Forward", "Tag", etc.).

Save Filter: Once you've completed your settings, save your filtering rules by clicking the "Create Filter" or similar button, usually located at the bottom of the page.

These steps are based on a generic user interface of cPanel and there may be some changes to the interface. Details may vary depending on the version of cPanel, but the basic principles will remain the same. If you have a specific question or query, you can send us a support request.
