Changing the Site's Package in cPanel Reseller Account

If you are using a reseller account on cPanel and need to change a customer's hosting package, you can follow the steps below. However, remember that you must have cPanel administrator access for this process. Also, there may be slight differences between cPanel versions, so the steps below are a general guide.

Login to cPanel:
Open your web browser and log in to your cPanel account. This can usually be accessed via "https://yourdomain.com:2083" or the login information your hosting provider provides you.

Login to WHM:
After logging into cPanel, click on the "WHM" option on the cPanel main screen to switch to the Web Host Manager (WHM) section.

Find Customer Account:
In WHM, look for "Account Functions" or a similar option in the left-hand menu. Find your customer's account by selecting "List Accounts" or a similar option from this section.

Enter Account Settings:
Once you find the customer account, select "Modify Account" or a similar option next to the customer account.

Package Change:
In the "Modify Account" section, you can modify the customer's current hosting package. You will usually see available packages in a drop-down menu. Select a new package and click the corresponding button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

Save Changes:
After you confirm the changes made, cPanel may ask you for approval to apply these changes. After you approve, your customer's hosting package will be updated.
