Changing E-mail Password and Quota in cPanel

Changing Email Password in cPanel:

  1. Login to cPanel: Open your browser and log in to cPanel using your credentials. Typically, you can access it through https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://youripaddress:2083.

  2. Go to the "Email" Tab: Find the "Email" section on the main page and click on it.

  3. Navigate to "Email Accounts": From the "Email" menu, select "Email Accounts."

  4. Select Your Email Account from the List: Locate the account for which you want to change the password and click on "Change Password" or a similar option.

  5. Set a New Password: Enter your new password. Make sure to choose a secure password.

  6. Confirm the Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.

  7. Save the Changes: Click on "Change Password" or a similar button to save the changes.

Changing Email Quota in cPanel:

  1. Login to cPanel: Log in to cPanel by following the above steps.

  2. Go to the "Email" Tab: Locate the "Email" section on the main page and click on it.

  3. Navigate to "Email Accounts": From the "Email" menu, select "Email Accounts."

  4. Select Your Email Account from the List: Choose the email account for which you want to change the quota.

  5. Adjust the Quota: Click on "Change Quota" or a similar option to set the new quota value.

  6. Save the Changes: Click on a "Save" or "Update" button to save the changes.
