Changing cPanel PHP Version

Login to cPanel: Open your browser and log into cPanel to your hosting account. You can usually access it as http://yourdomain.com/2083.

Enter "Software" or "Software/Services" Heading: Usually on the cPanel home screen there is a link under a heading like "Software" or "Software/Services" where you can change the PHP version.

Select “MultiPHP Manager” or “PHP Selector”: The name of this step may vary, but it will usually be an option like “MultiPHP Manager” or “PHP Selector.”

Select Domain or Account: Select the domain or account in your hosting account that you want to change. This step is important if you have more than one domain or account.

Select the Desired PHP Version: Select the version you want to use from the PHP versions, which are usually presented as a list. In most cases, choosing the most current and supported version is usually a good bet.

Save Changes: Once you have determined the PHP version of your choice, there will usually be a "Save" or "Apply" button. Save changes by clicking this button.

Check: You can create and run a simple PHP file that displays PHP information in a browser to check for changes. This way, you can verify your PHP version.
